Bruce Bartlett, Owner/Engineer

Profile:
Bartlett Microphones designs and manufactures professional boundary microphones for the theatre-sound industry.

Launched by the developers of the industry-standard PCC-160 stage-floor microphone, the company has developed the next-generation models TM-125, TM-125W, and TM-125C stage-floor mics. These supercardioid boundary microphones are designed for area pickup of actors in drama or musicals.

The new models offer several improvements over the PCC-160, such as lower cost, smaller size, more ruggedness, and manufacturing in the USA.

Engineers Bruce Bartlett and Steve Mills have 57 years of combined experience at Shure and Crown International.

Recent Projects:
Added dealers www.churchaudiosupply.com, www.10outof10-co.uk, www.ozarkproav.com, and xslighting.com. At Notre Dame's DeBartolo Performing Arts Center this August, we did a mic shootout between three variations of the Bartlett TM-125 and the PCC-160, which we designed several years ago. The TM-125 was equal to the PCC-160 in gain-before-feedback and had a little more presence and rear attenuation. We added a monthly newsletter and several free articles on our web site.
