Pointer Sisters Use Hollywood SnowFX in New Holiday Video

The Grammy Award-winning Pointer Sisters just completed their new holiday music video "Christmas in New York," which features lighting and special effects created by Hollywood producer/FX wizard Jeremy Vargus of RPI Entertainment. In the high-energy video, three young girls are taken on a magical journey when they come across a snow globe that transports them into a winter wonderland.

Throughout the production, Hollywood SnowFX employed the use of its proprietary snow animators and software to achieve the holiday look for the video, which is scheduled to start airing during the holiday season and will also be shown on the Jumbotron screen in Time Square through New Year's.

Los Angeles-based RPI Entertainment specializes in innovative entertainment solutions with live Las Vegas-style productions, world-class entertainers, special effects, pyrotechnics and lasers, custom illusion fabrication and sales and rental of equipment. RPI is well known for its Hollywood SnowFX shows, which create the illusion of a very realistic snowfall.
