Texas Scenic Company Announces Acquisition of H&H SpecialtiesTexas Scenic Company announces that it has agreed to acquire the assets of H&H Specialties. "We're extremely excited to bring on H&H under the Texas Scenic family of brands," says Texas Scenic COO Steve Surratt. Texas Scenic will continue to manufacture and sell all current H&H products along with the current brand lines of Inline Stage Rigging, Deck Boss Control Systems, acouStaCorp Variable Acoustics, and scenic Stage Curtains. "With over 50 years of their great reputation in our industry, we're excited to be able to keep the H&H legacy alive, as well as bringing one of Texas Scenic's strategic partners into our family," says Richard Mecke, president of Texas Scenic Company. Texas Scenic will continue maintain H&H's current third-party sales model throughout the acquisition as well. "Texas Scenic is a mainstay in our industry with 85 years of experience. There are many additional brand lines now available to our customers, and I can't think of anyone better to take over running H&H after I retire," say Reid Neslage, president of H&H.
