Prolyte Offers Basic Rigging Training Workshop in Malaysia

Prolyte announces their next training session will be held March 18-22 in Malaysia.

The rigging training is held in cooperation with Harold Waldack, managing director of ICRCsarl France, ICRS Middle East, and Asiarig Co. Ltd, Thailand.

Waldack is a veteran rigger for the entertainment industry and has conducted rigging trainings for the past twenty years. The training, which will be held in Malaysia, will refer to European norms and regulations, including Health & Safety, machine directory, etc., as well as local standardization and regulations. The five-day rigging course will comprise of all the basic theoretical rigging skills, such as, risk assessment, rigging basics, calculations, PPE (personal protective equipment), hoist technology, and controllers. An examination will give the attendees an indication their comprehension of the offered topics.
