New Triple E Website Makes It Easier for Clients

The tools implemented on Triple E's new website make it easier, faster, and more efficient for customers to obtain a quote.

Entertainment equipment engineering manufacturer Triple E has launched a brand new website showcasing its product lines and enabling customers and distributors to obtain instant quotes for any of the company's six main track systems including U shapes and perimeter tracks.

"We believe the new tools we've implemented on our new website will make it easier, faster, and more efficient for our customers to get to the information and products they require to obtain a quote," says Triple E's managing director David Edelstein. "The newly launched online service features a handy tool allowing clients to get a clear picture of cost for most often requested track layouts."

The Kent-based company designs and manufactures equipment for a range of entertainment venues and productions, offering products including its innovative motorized track systems for moving curtains and scenery. The company says it designs easy-to-use, simple-to-install, and virtually silent equipment; clients include the Bristol Old Vic, Sadler's Wells, and the Royal Opera house.

The website will also feature an updated case study section, illustrating the clients Triple E has worked with and the company says will give new clients an idea of the flexibility and vision that is innate at the company.

"The new site is a massive step forward for Triple E," continues Edelstein. "In addition to providing a better service to existing and prospective customers, the added bonus is it gives us more time to work on special projects and research and development projects, helping Triple E continue to produce new product solutions for the industry."
