ArKaos PRO Presents Training Sessions and New Products at LDI 2014

ArKaos PRO will take a very active part in LDI 2014, which runs November 17 - 23, at the Las Vegas Exhibition Center where ArKaos software and hardware will be shown on the booth 2358 of its exclusive US distributor, A.C. Lighting, Inc.. ArKaos Pro will also present four half-day training courses on the use of its MediaMaster software as part of the LDInstitute professional training program.

LDI 2014 will mark the first US showing of ArKaos' new MediaMaster 4.1, the latest, ever-more powerful version of ArKaos Pro's media server software. MediaMaster 4.1 delivers a plethora of new features including new aspect ratio and cropping tools, new hue, saturation and lightness tools, layer-based volume control, and a redesigned interface.

MediaMaster 4.1 brings more flexible protection via an optional dongle yet, despite its many additional features, retains the simplicity of operation familiar to its users.

MediaMaster 4.1 is no longer restricted to use on only one machine. A completely redesigned licensing system allows the user to register and deregister any machine remotely from their own account.

ArKaos Pro MediaMaster 4.1 features:
• Powerful, fast, and easy to use
• New licensing system with online activation and deactivation
• Extended fixture profile with over 70 parameters per layer
• New hue, saturation, lightness, cropping, aspect ratio tools
• New layer-based volume control, sound balance, pause function
• Timecode support
• Optional dongle license

Also making its LDI debut is LEDMaster, the new all-in-one solution that delivers LEDshow control in three easy steps. Just map, program, and playback.

Designed to work in conjunction with ArKaos Pro's Kling-Net protocol, LEDMaster automatically recognizes and configures any Kling-Net LED device to make it ready for mapping. Through Kling-Net, the device's resolution and pixel format is sent to the LEDMaster which is then able to read and change parameters.

Scenes can be created by importing visuals from the user's own library, or with the new Live pattern generator. This new function creates hard-edged visuals based on video frames mapped by the user onto the LEDMaster's display.

The timeline-based function gives the choice of pre-programming or live running of the show. Scenes can be triggered live, automatically, random or sequentially, while the easy beat detection feature ensures every look will be unique with no repetition throughout the show.

LEDMaster brings sophisticated LED control within reach of everybody and is especially suited for retail and window display, clubs, and small to medium sized theatres.

ArKaos PRO LEDMaster features include:
• Fast and easy LED show control
• Auto-configuration allows control of a large range of devices from just one media server
• Zone feature creates virtual groups of devices
• Live pattern generator
• Timeline-based control option
• Easy beat detection randomizer
• Kling-Net protocol for easy set up and operation

Finally, ArKaos PRO's complete range of media servers will be exhibited side by side at the show giving visitors the opportunity to choose for themselves which suits their purposes best.

Comprising the Stage, Studio, and Stadium servers, this range offers up to two-, four-, and six-outputs respectively with features and controllability that meet any challenge or project requirement.
