Renkus-Heinz Makes Waves at NAMM

Incoming NAMM president Scott Leslie with senior VP Ralph Heinz

For Renkus-Heinz, the annual NAMM Convention is a time to meet, greet, and sit down with friends and extended family. While the company's unassuming lounge-style booth in Hall A hosted a busy flow of guests throughout the show, the company says the big action was out in the clubs, where Renkus-Heinz loudspeakers kept the crowds pumped throughout the show.

The Tiffany Terrace Jazz Stage at the Sheraton Hotel, outfitted with an Iconyx IC2 system for the indoor stage and IC7 combo systems on the patio, showcased a wide range of artists including Dave Hill, The Delgado Brothers, Scott Wilkie Band, and more. Over at the Hyatt's Grand Ballroom, a pair of IC2 stacks powered the Rock Stage for sets by Dessy Di Lauro, Incendio, LMT Connection, and Reza Saleh. Performers on both stages heard themselves through CF121M floor monitors. Renkus-Heinz loudspeakers were also spotted in a surround demo at the Sensaphonics booth.

"The NAMM show is about music, and for us there's no better way to support that premise than to have people come hear great music played through Renkus-Heinz speakers," commented marketing manager Margie Ulm.

Renkus-Heinz also celebrated the NAMM 2013 Convention with a media event at the Hilton to welcome new president Scott Leslie. The event, held Thursday evening after the show's opening day, brought Leslie together with media, sales reps, and other industry pros for some quality mingle time.
