Chauvet Professional October Roadshows Light Visions, Unleash Imagination

Challenging times call for innovative responses. The live events industry has demonstrated this in convincing fashion in recent months with successful livestream shows and drive-in concerts. Drawing inspiration from this experience, Chauvet Professional is sponsoring a series of "Visions Unleashed" educational sessions at cities across the US in October.

Beginning on October 13 in Charlotte and running through October 30 in Houston, the session will feature in-depth discussions by guest speakers who have lighted livestreams and drive-ins, as well as a variety of other valuable learning opportunities.

Space is limited at all sessions, which will follow strict social distancing and deep sanitizing protocols.

"Maintaining a safe environment is of paramount importance to us," says Caroline Chauvet, global brand manager of Chauvet Professional. "We have a program in place to ensure safety, while providing our guests with a learning experience that will better equip them to deal with the current challenges facing our industry."

In addition to the presentations by guest speakers, the sessions will explore the latest outdoor and camera-ready lighting solutions with hands-on demos and shoot-out comparisons, new product debuts, inspiring light shows created with a wide range of Chauvet Professional fixtures, and ChamSys Console programming sessions.

"We will be offering a robust menu of learning options," says Brad Haynes, Chauvet Professional's national resource manager for concert and touring. "Expanding our knowledge and exploring new ideas has never been more important than it is today."

To maintain social distancing, every session will be broken into three distinct slots, with space limited at each. Slot one runs from 9:am to noon. Slot two covers 12:30 to 3pm, while slot three is from 3:30 to 5pm. A mandatory half-hour period separates each slot for a deep sanitizing process.

"We are strictly adhering to safety protocols, which will limit the size of each session, so I hope anyone interested registers early," says Chauvet. "Many of our customers have demonstrated impressive resourcefulness and resiliency during this period, and we're eager to have them share their inspiring stories.
