Hamilton Breaks Lortel Records -- Including Three Design Awards

The winners of the 30th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards, honoring Off Broadway productions, were announced May 10. Hamilton achieved a record breaking ten wins, including Best Musical, as well as three Design categories. Paul Tazewell was honored with Outstanding Scenic Design, Howell Binkley for Outstanding Lighting Design, and Nevin Steinberg for Outstanding Sound Design.

In addition, Jan Versweyveld took home the award for Outstanding Scenic Design for Scenes From a Marriage.
