ETP Europe Acquires Pixl Evolution, Ltd. and Audio Evolution, Ltd.

Entertainment Technology Partners Europe (ETP Europe), announces the acquisition of Pixl Evolution Limited and Audio Evolution Limited, UK-based video and audio technology companies supplying turnkey event solutions for the live production industry.

ETP recently announced the launch of a new European division and their plan for providing support throughout Europe to offer top-of-the-line AV solutions. "These are the first two companies to join ETP Europe's portfolio and are perfectly aligned with our existing brands in the US and our ongoing global strategy," states ETP Europe president, Paul Hutton.

"Pixl Evolution and Audio Evolution are young businesses that have attracted a wealth of industry talent and have made an impression on the events market in a short amount of time. They will continue to operate as independent companies and now have access to significant investment opportunities plus ETP's global technical inventory and support structure," states Hutton. "This platform will enable the businesses to accelerate their growth and reach a wider audience. Founded in Orlando, Florida in 2014, ETP was born with the idea of like-minded owners joining together to continue to operate independently and grow their services, while utilizing ETP's behind the scenes shared-support services such as accounting, marketing, HR, IT, and procurement.
