CSD Hosts Open House at The Summit Church

CSD Group of New Haven, Indiana and The Summit Church will host an open house at the Capital Hills Campus in Raleigh, North Caroline on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The church is located at 3901 Capital Hills Drive in Raleigh.

As the main attraction, demos will include the first ever global house of worship installation of a d&b Soundscape 360-degree system at the Capital Hills Campus. Soundscape delivers an engaging connection to every congregation member through precise localization and emulated acoustics while providing consistent sound coverage and high intelligibility to every seat. Employing a DS100 Signal Matrix, DS10 Audio Network Bridges, and 10D and 30D amplifiers, the main loudspeaker system is comprised of 24S-D Loudspeakers, 24S-D Delays, 8S Front fills, J-Subs, and a surround ring with 12S, 10S, and 8s. Soundscape provides an entirely affordable solution to a seemingly intractable issue between acoustics, worship, and sound reinforcement.

The CSD install also includes a Yamaha RIVAGE digital audio console at front of house, a Yamaha CL5 digital audio console for recording, Shure IEM and wireless RF microphones, Chauvet Professional stage lighting and an MA Lighting grandma lighting console, Chroma-Q house lights, Vanguard LED, Sony Broadcast Cameras, Ross Video Switching, and a Clearcom Intercom system.

During the open house guests will have the opportunity to explore audio, video, lighting, and broadcast throughout the new campus with the opportunity to meet with church, CSD, and manufacturer teams. All are welcome: AVL technical staff, engineers, and pastors/leaders.
