Nemetschek Vectorworks, Inc. Named to Washington Post Top Workplaces List for 2014

Nemetschek Vectorworks, Inc., a provider of intuitive and practical 2D/3D and building information modeling (BIM) software solutions, has been selected as one of "The Washington Post Top Workplaces" in the Greater Washington area for 2014, a distinction awarded to only 150 companies each year.

The Top Workplaces are determined based on employee surveys analyzed by Workplace Dynamics, LLP, a research firm focused on organizational health and employee engagement.

"We're very proud to be recognized by The Washington Post as one of the Top Workplaces this year," said Sean Flaherty, CEO of Nemetschek Vectorworks. "Our employees do great things, and we have an exceptional human resources team and event staff who provide us with a great environment in which to work. As we continue to grow as a company, this accolade will help us to attract the best and brightest minds to be a part of our team."

Nemetschek Vectorworks is committed to both its employees and the surrounding community. The organization supports environmental and community service initiatives, including the Adopt-A-Road program, food drives, PLANET's Renewal and Remembrance Service at Arlington National Cemetery, American Red Cross Blood Drives, and the Angel Tree for DC General's Homeless Children's Playtime Project. The company also promotes a variety of educational programs through scholarships and research grants, as well as free software for students and academic institutions.

Nemetschek Vectorworks employees can utilize medical and 401K benefits packages, a tuition reimbursement plan, and discount programs for a variety of local businesses and attractions like the Columbia Association, AT&T Wireless, theme parks, movie tickets, and more. They also enjoy social events such as annual holiday parties, ice cream socials, and group baseball game trips to Camden Yards.

The Washington Post published the complete list of Top Workplaces on June 22. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and Workplace Dynamics, visit www.topworkplaces.com and www.workplacedynamics.com.
