dB Technologies Now Shipping New DVX P Series Passive CabinetsThe active dB Technologies DVX Series has been popular for staging and live performance applications. Now, dB Technologies moves the DVX Series into the integrator marketplace with a passive selection of cabinets for the contractor. Initially, six models will be available in 8", 10", 12", and 15" two-way versions, as well as 15" and 18" subwoofer models. All cabinets feature rear cabinet angle cuts of 20- and 40-degrees for monitor applications. 12 M8-thread rigging points, two side-mount flypins for wall mounting, plus pole mount cup. Subwoofers feature two lateral handles for easy transport, a standard M20 pole mount plate, the predisposition for wheels on the bottom and recesses on the top to facilitate the stacking of two-way loudspeakers or another subwoofer. Features include: DVX P8 - 300W at 8ohms; frequency response: 100Hz-19kHz; 125dB max SPL; 8" woofer with 2" voice coil plus 1" compression driver with 1.5" voice coil; 90x70 rotatable horn. DVX P10 - 300W at 8ohms; frequency response: 90Hz-19kHz; 127dB max SPL; 10" woofer with 2" voice coil plus 1" compression driver with 1.5" voice coil; 90x70 rotatable horn. DVX P12 - 500W at 8ohms; frequency response: 70Hz-19kHz; 133dB max SPL; 12" woofer with 2.5" voice coil plus 1.4" compression driver with 2.5" voice coil; 90x40 rotatable horn. DVX P15 - 500W at 8ohms; frequency response: 70Hz-19kHz; 133dB max SPL; 15" woofer with 2.5" voice coil plus 1.4" compression driver with 2.5" voice coil; 90x40 rotatable horn. DVX PSW15 - 500W at 8ohms; frequency response: 40Hz-120Hz; 132dB max SPL; 15" woofer with 3" voice coil.
