Mix Legends Join Alcons Audio at InfoComm 2019 Reinforcing its commitment to the touring and production market, Alcons Audio announces that world renowned front-of-house engineers Buford Jones (Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Faith Hill, et al) and Robert Scovill (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Rush, et al) will join Alcons Audio at the InfoComm show in Orlando, Florida this week. At 3:00pm daily, a special demo event will take place in the Alcons demo room W231A, combining Astro Spatial Audio's live immersive mixing engine, SARA, and the Avid S6L console, through a variety of Alcons pro-ribbon based solutions. Jones will represent Alcons as its chief tour market liaison and will be available to talk about the distinct benefits of Alcons pro-ribbon technology for touring and live immersive mixing. Scovill will present the Avid S6L in his role as Avid's senior specialist for live sound products. Scovill will join Jones for a Q&A following each session.
