COVID-19 Update: NATEAC Still Scheduled for July; Final Decision to be Made in April

As the industry faces a wave of closings and postponements on both the production and trade show sides, the North American Theatre Engineering and Architecture Conference (NATEAC) remains scheduled for July 19 - 20 in New York City.

Bill Sapsis, conference director, said in a letter to sponsors, "We're doing what everyone else is doing; monitoring the CDC, the WHO and other legitimate sources of information. I've also spoken with a number of MDs. I've been advised that the next three to four weeks will most likely tell us how the rest of the spring and summer will go. For now, we're a go for July. The final decision will come mid-April."

The popular conference is held every four years.
