RCF Scores Milestone Trademark Victory in China RCF S.p.A. has obtained a favorable final judgment from the courts of the People's Republic of China, stopping the unauthorized use of its "RCF" trademark by Ningbo S&A Electronics Co., Ltd. The Intermediate People's Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, upheld an earlier judgment finding that Ningbo S&A Electronics' use of the "RCF" and "rcf" marks in online promotions infringed RCF's registered trademark rights. The court ordered the company to cease all unauthorized use and compensate RCF for economic losses and legal expenses. "For RCF, trademark protection is not only a legal matter. It is a direct commitment to the people who choose our products and rely on the authenticity associated with our name," says Gioia Molinari, director of marketing and PR at RCF. "This judgment confirms that the exploitation of our brand will not be tolerated. We will continue to take decisive action worldwide to protect our assets, our partners, and the integrity of the professional audio market." The company adds that, when purchasing a product bearing the RCF name, customers should be able to rely on a guarantee of quality, integrity, and support. To protect customers from misleading promotions and substandard equipment, RCF recommends purchasing professional audio solutions only through verified channels: Check dealer authorization status on the official RCF website. If in doubt, contact RCF support to confirm distributor or dealer authenticity. The RCF Security Hologram has been designed to help customers ascertain that the product they have purchased is an authentic RCF product. The product serial number can be verified through the MY RCF section of the official RCF website.
