Follow-Me Announces DELTA System at ISE BarcelonaFollow-Me is announcing Follow-Me DELTA, the latest generation of its manual performer tracking system. Built on the foundation of Follow-Me 3D, DELTA has been enhanced with improved architecture in both hardware and software. The company will present DELTA at ISE from February 3 to 6 in Barcelona. The system introduces features intended to encourage creative collaboration between lighting, audio and video, support setup efficiency, and deliver operational focus and precision across all production scales. At the core of the Follow-Me DELTA system is a redesigned licensed rack server featuring enhanced processing power and multiple EtherCON ports, enabling separate network streams for video and control data. The system now ships with a 4K camera set, delivering low-latency video directly over the network and providing operators with significantly sharper, more detailed views of performers. The most significant innovation, the company says, is the introduction of the Follow-Me DELTA Operator Box. This compact PoE-powered device provides each operator with their own dedicated view of the tracking area, complete with individual zoom control and target control. Each operator can focus on their assigned target without distraction, even when multiple performers are being tracked simultaneously within the same system. The DELTA Operator Box allows users to adapt their view by displaying only relevant information such as target intensity, beam size, and zOffset either next to the target or in a corner of the screen. Operator messages can be sent from Follow-Me DELTA or the lighting desk directly to individual operator views, ensuring information reaches the right person without affecting others. Follow-Me DELTA retains all the latest, trusted Follow-Me features, the company says, including masking, proximity, and continuous beam size, while introducing dozens of new features and improvements. The new Advanced Zoning feature enables designers to trigger mappings, enable or fade fixtures, mute tags, and automate other system behavior based on performer position. Zones can be customized using circles, rectangles, or complex polygons, unlocking powerful creative possibilities for designers. BeamMap ensures consistent fixture intensity, beam size, and focus throughout the performance area, automatically adjusting parameters as performers move across the stage. This feature is particularly valuable for productions that require a consistent visual appearance across the entire stage area. The new Show Status Window provides adjustable widgets for real-time system diagnostics, DMX activity, and camera status information, giving technicians live visibility during both pre-show configuration and showtime operation. Setup and workflow improvements include MVR import functionality that instantly brings in fixture positions, universes, and patching data, along with improved CSV patching tools that allow technicians to patch multiple fixtures simultaneously. Over 100 interface and workflow improvements throughout the software make operation faster and more intuitive. Tim van Dijck, product manager, explains the development approach: "When we design our products, we're always balancing the needs of three distinct groups: Designers focus on creative intent, technicians on setup and reliability, and operators on tracking performers accurately during the show. "With DELTA, we've made a strategic step forward across the board in supporting all of these groups, especially operators," he adds. "Multi-performer shows and large, complex stages require perfect visibility for accurate performer tracking, and that's why DELTA introduces the Follow-Me DELTA Operator Box and a 4K camera set. This combination provides each operator with a dedicated tracking view, individual target control, and zoom level for distraction-free focus and unmatched precision." The Follow-Me DELTA system is available in two versions. DELTA DUO supports tracking up to two performers and control of up to 12 fixtures of any brand and type, making the system perfect for follow spot lighting, while DELTA UNLIMITED supports unlimited performers and fixtures and includes OSC and PSN functionality, making DELTA the most complete manual performer tracking available for lighting, audio, and video integration. DELTA UNLIMITED can be upgraded to include full auto tracking with Follow-Me TRACK-iT. Follow-Me is a brand-agnostic solution, meaning you can work with the systems and fixtures you already know and prefer, without being locked into a specific brand. With support for industry-standard protocols like Art-Net and sACN, Follow-Me DELTA is said to delivers reliable, high-quality performance tracking for lighting, immersive audio, video mapping, and stage automation in virtually any environment. The DELTA system can scale accordingly to suit the design requirements for smaller to more complex live entertainment environments, concert touring, theatre, broadcast TV, events and festivals, cruise ships, houses of worship, open-air venues, AV productions, and permanent installations in venues. Follow-Me DELTA will be available to order as of ISE. Follow-Me will present the Follow-Me DELTA and TRACK-iT systems at ISE Booth #6P900.
