Allan joins the team led by d&b's vice president of immersive, Al McKinna. With an impressive career in professional audio spanning touring, studio, and television, Allan brings unparalleled expertise to his new role. His extensive experience includes working with artists such as Radiohead, Massive Attack, Groove Armada, and Coldplay, as well as being a key contributor to product development initiatives at digital mixing console manufacturer Avid. "Robb is a well-known figure in the global touring industry, earning the trust of major artists and demonstrating a deep understanding of their creative processes," states McKinna. "His experience in designing user interfaces for live sound further enhances his suitability to lead the Soundscape business. We are happy to welcome him to the d&b family." In his role, Allan aims to use his first-hand experience of d&b's Soundscape technology to inspire creatives about its transformative capabilities.
