Look Solutions Tiny Fogger F07 Enhances Memorable Matrimonial Moments At Russo's On The Bay

In operation since 1987, catering and event space Russo's On The Bay, in Howard Beach, New York, makes use of Look Solutions' Tiny Fogger F07 for the bride and groom's grand entrance before family and friends.

Explains Michael Russo, "We'd had a matrimonial show featuring fog in each step of a set of stairs that grows out of the wall. They had gotten old," he says, "and we could no longer service them." Russo had removed the fog temporarily after they'd run out of parts. "We were redesigning the show, and I'd wanted to put the fog back in, but couldn't find a machine that fit into the steps."

He continues: "Our lighting designer recommended the Look Solutions Tiny Fogger F07, which is a hundred times smaller than what we'd had." Russo's team found they could incorporate them into the existing steps, without having to change anything.

For the introduction of the bride and groom before dinner, the band platform slides to one side to expose a compacted staircase, which then emerges from the wall. "As the steps come out," continues Russo, "the fog comes out." A silhouette of the happy couple appears behind a screen that comes up, and they descend the steps, as additional fog emanates each step as little plumes.

The Tiny Fogger F07 is based on a programmable microprocessor, for controlling fog emission. The fogger can be triggered with the start button, supplied cable remote, radio remote, DMX converter, or timer. A unique fluid ensures that dense fog is produced with the lowest fluid consumption. The palm-sized unit can fit within scenery, costumes and/or props, for a variety of special effects applications for theatrics, movies, corporate presentations, exhibits and special events.

Russo is truly impressed with what the Look Solutions Tiny Fogger F07 can do. "I have a unique setup," he remarks. "These foggers work very well. We're very happy with them."
