Alcons Audio USA Expands Representative Network to Support Growth in North America

Alcons Audio, Dutch manufacturer of the ProRibbon based loudspeaker system, has hired three regional representative firms to enhance sales efforts in the USA.

Griffith sales has joined Alcons Audio USA's representative force and will be handling the southeast states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. In Florida, KOR Media and Lighting has joined the network, and AVA Audio Visual Associates joins Alcons Audio USA to cover the Midwestern states of Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.

David Rahn, North American sales director: "Phase one of our plan in the US is the development of a solid representative network. To appreciate the difference between an Alcons ProRibbon based system and traditional compression driver based systems you have to hear it. Having a qualified group of representatives will help us properly qualify the right candidates and coordinate our time efficiently in the field. There are numerous factors to consider when selecting the appropriate rep firm. The priority for Alcons Audio is customer relationships and market/region knowledge. All three of these firms have great relationships with the dealer and consultant base in their territories. In addition, they are well connected with the communities throughout their regions.
