Colliers' Jerry Miele, Will Smith, Spencer Smith, Bill Buckley, and Mitch Hendricks represented the buyer in the transaction. The acquisition represents the companies' continued investment in Tennessee and secures a significant land position within one of Middle Tennessee's fastest-growing markets.
