Concert Stuff Group and Major Tom Touring / Colonel Tom Touring Collaborate in 68-Acre Mt. Juliet Acquisition

Colliers, the investment management corporation, has facilitated the acquisition of approximately 68 acres at 946 Sullivan Bend Road in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for Concert Stuff Group and Major Tom Touring/Colonel Tom Touring. Colliers' Jerry Miele, Will Smith, Spencer Smith, Bill Buckley, and Mitch Hendricks represented the buyer in the transaction.

The acquisition represents the companies' continued investment in Tennessee and secures a significant land position within one of Middle Tennessee's fastest-growing markets.
