Radio Active Designs Introduces TX 2-4U Combiner-Splitter

	The Radio Active Designs TX 2-4U sends two transmit signals to four zones, each of which can be adjusted independently.

The new TX 2-4U combiner-splitter from Radio Active Designs provides wireless operators with a simple way to take two transmit signals and send the signal to four zones, each of which can be adjusted independently.

"Currently there is no other product on the market that can do this," explains James Stoffo, CTO, Radio Active Designs. "When you split a signal there is normally degradation. Because the user can increase the power to each zone, the signal can be delivered as if it was never split."

The selectable output power per channel is 1mW (for RF over fiber), 50mW, 100mW, and 250mW, allowing the user plenty of flexibility. The 1RU TX 2-4U has an operating frequency range of 470MHz - 698MHz. The combiner-splitter is ideal for all UHF wireless systems including intercoms, in-ear monitors, and IFBs.
