Medialon Announce New Products at InfoComm

Medialon will be introducing MAS PRO Dante, an audio server using Audinate's Dante network audio transport protocol, at InfoComm 2014.

MAS PRO Dante is a professional audio server for both multi-track applications as well as multi-zoning playback. Each of its Dante channels can be synchronized together or by group, and can be started independently or by group. It has been designed for demanding live entertainment or ride audio control, as well as for centralized control of large amounts of audio channels in museums, showrooms, and hotels.

Medialon will also demonstrate the integration of iBeacon technology with their control system. iBeacon connects Bluetooth 4.0 enabled mobile devices with Medialon systems. Upon entering the proximity of an iBeacon, an appropriate control interface can load on the mobile device, or an event can be triggered in the show controller, the company says.

In addition, they will be exhibiting Version 6.4 of their show control software Medialon Manager and their Embedded Controllers, the Showmaster range.

Manager Show Control Software allows control and synchronization of a number of devices including audio, video, lighting, image processors, lasers, and special effects, the company says. Its programming environment enables the creation of control scenarios, from the simplest to the most complex, as well as the design of web based user interfaces.

Showmaster Pro, ST, LE, and XS are all-in-one Embedded Show Controllers designed for small to large Show Control applications in Museums, Showrooms, Stores, Restaurants, and Attractions. They control and synchronize dimmers, lighting desks, video projectors, video servers, sound processors, and more. They use the same programming environment as Medialon Manager.
