Inner Circle Distribution Announces Eastern Region Leadership Expansion, New Business Development Appointment

Inner Circle Distribution (ICD) announces an update to its Eastern Region sales structure along with the addition of a seasoned industry professional to its commercial team.

As part of ICD's continued focus on scalable growth and efficient regional alignment, Kenny Alvarez has been appointed to oversee the entire Eastern Region. Alvarez brings several years of experience within ICD, along with deep product expertise, proven leadership, and long-standing relationships with key customers and partners throughout the region.

Under this structure, Matt Dean will report directly to Alvarez, ensuring continuity, alignment, and strong regional coverage as ICD continues to expand its presence and support across the Eastern US.

In addition, ICD welcomes Chad Saunders Tiller to the organization. He joins Inner Circle Distribution with more than 20 years of experience across theatrical, cinematic, and live entertainment lighting. Most recently, he served as sales manager -- east for the Chauvet Cinema Group, following his role as eastern regional sales director at LiteGear, where he supported customers from Montreal to Miami across rental, retail, design, and end-user channels. Prior to that, he spent many years at Rosco, ultimately serving as vice president for the Global Live Entertainment Market.

In his new role at ICD, Saunders Tiller will focus on business development and demand creation across the Eastern Region, working closely with lighting designers, specifiers, gaffers, and directors of photography, as well as dealers, rental houses, and system integrators. He will collaborate closely with Alvarez and Dean (RSM, SouthEast) as well as ICD's marketing team.
