Elation's New Cuepix PAR 300 and Cuepix Batten for High-impact Color

Elation Professional's Cuepix Batten

Elation Professional announces the launch of two new luminaires in its popular Cuepix Series of high quality LED lights powered by advanced Chip On Board (COB) LED technology, the Cuepix PAR 300, a bright and versatile full color PAR wash light; and the Cuepix Batten, an LED strip light with flexible use as a pixel bar or wash light. Both luminaires are easy-to-use, top quality solutions for adding high-impact colored light to productions of all types.

Both the Cuepix PAR 300 and Cuepix Batten house 30W three-in-one RGB COB LEDs for a broad selection of colors and smooth color mixing with no pixelated rainbow shadows. COB LEDs offer higher-density output and more even light distribution for superior all-around performance. Furthermore, each COB module is individually controllable for greater design possibilities. Both luminaires include variable dimming curve modes, as well as strobe and chase effects, and operate flicker free making them ideal for TV or any broadcast application.

The Cuepix PAR 300 is a bright LED PAR wash light that uses seven long-life 30W three-in-one RGB COB LEDs for superior color washing and a powerful 4,500 total lumens of power. Standard beam angle is 15-degrees with a 25-degree field angle. Lightweight and wrapped in a rugged die-cast aluminum exterior, it delivers a bright output of 24,200 LUX at 1m yet consumes only 300W of max power. The Cuepix PAR 300 is controllable via six DMX modes (three / four / five / nine / 21 / 24 channels) for a variety of control options.

The Cuepix Batten is a 1.1m-long (43") pixel-controllable LED strip light that uses ten long-life 30W three-in-one RGB COB LEDs for superior color output and a powerful 4,500 total lumens of power. The Cuepix Batten can be used as a pixel bar for displaying imagery or as a wash luminaire for floodlighting surfaces and stages making for an exceptionally flexible LED luminaire. Featuring wide beam (82-degrees) and field angles (106-degrees) it delivers an output of 3,890 LUX at 3.3m yet consumes only 312W of max power. The Cuepix PAR 300 is controllable via eight DMX modes (three / four / six / nine / 30 / 33 / 36 / 60 channels).

The Cuepix PAR 300 and Cuepix Batten are ArtNet, KlingNet, and RDM protocol capable and include standard features like three- and five-pin DMX, as well as powerCON and RJ45 in/out connections. Easy to set up, multiple units can be easily linked together for customizable setups. A four-button control panel with LCD menu display makes for easy navigation through DMX and manual settings and an auto-sensing power supply allows them to operate anywhere in the world.
