Par4Keet Wins InAVation Awards 2015Green Hippo announces that Par4Keet, the flagship of the AViary Video Tools product range, was awarded "Best Display Product" 2015 at the InAVation Awards. The ceremony took place February 10, 2015 at the Gashouder in Amsterdam and saw the attendance of many industry professionals, manufacturers, integrators, and AV specialists. The InAVation Awards are the only AV industry awards event in the EMEA regions that recognizes achievement, skill, and creativity across all aspects of the professional AV industry. InAVate Publications explain: "This year's InAVation Awards judges had to select finalists from nearly two hundred entries. Finalists for the categories were decided by a weighted public vote. Using a points-based system votes from technical managers, consultants, end users, and integrators scored higher than those from manufacturers or distributors. A total of 24,452 legitimate votes were cast and many categories were hotly contested till the very end." The award-winning Par4Keet is the first video player to combine video playback at 4K resolution and beyond, along with true realtime media manipulation and multi-screen. The company says Par4Keet can deliver media at arbitrary resolutions, untying AV professionals from the restrictions of standard aspect ratios and opening the doors on unrestricted and creative display configurations. Green Hippo's technical director and product manager of the AViary Video Tools range Sean Westgate took receipt of the awards at last night's celebrations and comments: "We are incredibly proud and excited that we won! Over the last year a lot of research and development has gone into creating a complementary set of products in the AViary Video Tools range and to be honored with the 'Best Display Product 2015' award is amazing feedback for all our efforts."
