acouStaCorp to Show New Product at PLASA Focus: StamfordacouStaCorp will be exhibiting at PLASA Focus: Stamford, November 12-13 at the Stamford Marriott in Stamford Connecticut, serving the New York City and tri-state area. acouStaCorp will be introducing the acouPoP, which is a portable acoustic absorber designed with two folding side arms that straighten to support a 59" x 74" (1.5m x 1.8m) section of the company's acouStac. Built with 26oz. DFR wool, the panel easily expands/collapses from/to its travel bag to provide sound absorption for location-based performances and recording. The acouPoP is the only compact, collapsible, portable acoustic absorber on the market, the company says. Designed completely tapping customer feedback and wish lists, the acouPoP allows increased focus and effectiveness for performance and recording, on or offsite. Backed by independent sound lab testing, the coefficient properties of the acouPoP are certified, the company says. One person can set the acouPoP into position and set-up and break down the product in under three minutes. Users can utilize one or multiple units depending on the performance space requirements.
