"We are excited to welcome Kyle and Daniel to our field service team, both of whom bring significant experience directly related to our projects," stated Zach Baldry, field services manager.

Stefanowicz will be responsible for overseeing Westview's large scale, multi-faceted projects. His tasks will include supervising internal installation teams as well conducting the installations of rigging systems, audio visual systems, lighting control systems, acoustical systems, seating installations, etc. Stefanowicz is an accomplished lighting designer, audio engineer, production manager/technical director, and filmmaker with more than 15-years experience in the entertainment industry. Before joining Westview, he worked as a production director at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, where he built an 80-member production team and executed six to eight live events per week, including conferences of over 3,000 attendees, TV tapings, and live album recordings.

As a controls technician, Lupfer, will be responsible for programming a wide variety of lighting control systems, troubleshooting, supervising the installation of lighting-focused energy control systems, systems maintenance, and training of end users, along with other responsibilities.

Lupfer has expertise in many types of show control and video server solutions such as QLab, Coolux Pandora's Box, Medialon, and Alcorn McBride products. Some of his lighting experience contains conceptual design to execution with hands on programming in MA2, HOG4, as well as ETC EOS platforms. He also has built up networks to sustain major show systems including Dante and sACN.
