The RapcoHorizon Company Rocks Out at The Pageant Club

The RapcoHorizon Company's RoadHog cables are used by almost every artist who hits the stage at The Pageant concert nightclub in St. Louis. The venue's audio crew relies on the RoadHog microphone and guitar cables in addition to a custom snake, which handles audio for the Halo Bar, an adjoining venue connected to The Pageant where up-and-coming bands perform weekly.

"The RapcoHorizon Company is an icon in this industry," says Adrian Silverstein, a member of The Pageant's production team. "The comment I get the most from guest engineers is that they are impressed by the quality of the gear. Everyone always tells me that the mic cables were truly built to stand up to the vigor's of a live sound environment."

With performances at least three or four nights per week -- and as many as nightly during the colder months -- The RapcoHorizon Company cables have yet to hit a limit. "We all know if your cables don't work, you're not going to have a good day," continues Silverstein. "I don't have time for stuff to not work and I found that The RapcoHorizon Company has great, quality gear, which I can rely on every day."

"In addition to all the great features of The RapcoHorizon Company gear, we're very pleased to have the chance to back a local company that also just so happens to be a leader in our industry," concludes Silverstein. "The company's customer support has always been top notch."

During its nearly 11-year history, The Pageant has quickly gained a reputation of being one of the best performance halls in the United States. Designed specifically for intimate concert tours, the venue is arranged in a tiered layout -- with a dance floor at the lowest level, near the stage, and two additional tiers that can be arranged to seat as many as 2,300 people. No matter where a guest is located, he/she is guaranteed a great seat, never more than 70' from the stage.
