Newest Elation Lighting and Video Innovations Set for InfoComm 2016

Elation Professional's Platinum Seven

As America's largest trade show for AV solutions, InfoComm has always served as an important showcase for Elation Professional lighting and video technology. This year's show -- June 8 - 10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center -- will give visitors to Elation booth C5446 the opportunity to be some of the first in North America to see several of Elation's newest offerings including the new EVHD3, a curveable 3.9mm pixel pitch LED display panel with front access design and excellent color uniformity and brightness, an ideal solution for creative high-resolution video designs.

Elation will also be showing two all-new lighting series -- the Fuze Series, a dynamic range of LED wash luminaires (moving head or IP65-rated PAR versions) with single-lens RGBW COB LEDs for a wide choice of colors and homogenized field of light; and the ZCL Series, a new family of high-output LED effect lights with RGBW multi-chip and zooming collimator lens system for high-performance effect lighting. A new seven-color wash luminaire, the Platinum Seven, will also befeatured. The Platinum Seven houses 19x 25W multi-chip LEDs for an unprecedented choice of colors and features a fast 5- to 50-degree zoom, three-pixel ring control, and advanced low-noise cooling and movement control systems.

Elation's popular X-Series of hybrid fixtures will be represented in the form of the mid-sized Platinum HFX moving head and the powerful LED-based Satura Profile CMY color mixing moving head with framing and zoom will also be on show. Visitors to InfoComm will also have the chance to get a close look at the compact EMOTION moving head digital light with its next generation digital lighting technology.

The Elation team looks forward to a great show and welcome's lighting and AV professionals to booth C5446 for a chat and personal demo.

EVHD3: The new EVHD3 is a 3.9mm pixel pitch black-face LED display panel. Its light weight durable die-cast aluminum frame and modular front access design allows for easy installation and service. Features include a seamless bezel-free design, no-fan metal cooling structure, and excellent color uniformity and brightness. An ultra-wide viewing angle, optimized color rendering, and lockable curve adjustments for smooth convex or concave designs make it an ideal solution for creative high-resolution video designs. Pixel by pixel calibration ensures the clearest color and picture representation. The EVHD3 is also available in 2.8mm and 5.9mm pixel-pitch versions.

Fuze Series: The new Fuze Series of dynamic LED wash luminaires uses single-lens RGBW COB LEDs for an extremely homogenized field of light and wide palette of colors. Available in moving head and IP65-rated PAR versions, fully premixed color looks and an extremely flat field of light make them ideal lighting solutions anywhere a wash of high-quality colored light is required. All Fuze Series fixtures include a wide zoom angle range, full 100% electronic dimming, variable dimming curves, and high-speed strobe. With a lens face that appears as one color instead of individual LED diodes, lighting designers will value Fuze Series fixtures for their non-pixel look as well as their versatility.

ZCL Series: The ZCL Series is a new family of high-output LED effect lights with RGBW multi-chip and zooming collimator lens system, which produces a laser-like homogenized 4-degree color-changing beam from each lens. Perfect for high-performance effect lighting for stages and clubs, the series consists of the ZCL 360 BAR 300i, a versatile moving bar effect luminaire with zoom; the ZCL 360i, a single beam moving effect luminaire with zoom; and IP-rated ZCL BAR Z300 IP.

Platinum Seven: The new Platinum Seven is a patent-pending high-power seven-color system wash luminaire housing 19x 25W multi-chip LEDs (red, green, blue, white, amber, mint, and UV) for an unprecedented palette of color choice. It features a fast 5- to 50-degree beam angle zoom range, three-pixel ring control, and color-pixel ring macros for a variety of effects possibilities. Advanced low-noise cooling and movement control systems make for an even greater variety of application.

Platinum HFX: The Platinum HFX is a compact addition to Elation's hybrid family of beam, spot and wash luminaires. This feature-packed moving head houses the new Philips MSD Platinum 14R 280W lamp which gives 12,000 total lumens of power. Capable of zooming in all three modes, its host of design features includes 13 dichroic colors (including UV and new quad-color RGBY filter, CTO and CTB), eight rotating-interchangeable gobos and 12 static-stamped gobos, three prisms, and wash frost effects.

Satura Profile: The latest energy-efficient CMY color mixing moving head in Elation's Satura Series features a high-performance 440W LED engine and flexible four-blade rotating framing system. It includes CMY color mixing with variable CTO, seven extra dichroic colors, and a variety of graphics from six interchangeable rotating gobos and seven static-stamped gobos. Add to that a 12- to 38-degree zoom, frost effect, three-facet rotating prism, motorized focus and mechanical iris and the Satura Profile offers plenty of possibilities for the creative lighting designer.

EMOTION: The EMOTION is a compact yet powerful (4,000 ANSI lumens) moving head digital light that brings to the market the latest in digital lighting technology at a price to performance ratio that the company says has never seen before. The EMOTION is a plug-and-play DMX moving light just like a traditional moving light, yet houses an on-board media server with 64GB SSHD and royalty-free digital art/videos. Custom content can also be easily uploaded via a CMA application. Extremely easy to use, users don't need an abundance of DMX channels to operate it like other digital lights on the market.
