Move to New Facility Doubles Size of WorldStage's Southern California Operation

WorldStage has moved to a new Tustin, California location.

WorldStage kicked off 2017 in a big way with its Southern California office, moving into new quarters in Tustin, California that doubled both office and warehouse space. The move was prompted by the continued growth of WorldStage in AV production markets nationwide and the need to house increased staff and equipment in a more efficient and functional environment. The new 58,000-sq.-ft. location at 1111 Bell Avenue is designed to better serve WorldStage customers in Southern California and across North America.

"Given the considerable growth we experienced in 2016 and with even more significant growth forecast for this year, our increased need for space made the move a top priority," says WorldStage CEO Gary Standard. "In addition, we required more space after making considerable investments in new LED, projection, lighting, audio, and media server products. Our new location accommodates even further growth in these areas. It also enables us to showcase and demo new technology for clients, collaborate more effectively with them on the premises, and prebuild systems for events."

WorldStage's national presence now includes offices in Manhattan, an extensive warehouse in Secaucus, New Jersey, the former Tekamaki operation in the San Francisco area, an expanding presence in Nashville, and the new location in Southern California. "Our growth has also allowed us to add several of the most talented individuals in our industry to the WorldStage family, and we are continuing to hire project managers, engineers, technicians, and other key roles with the expectation of exceeding 200 employees in early 2017," said Standard.
