RCF Class-D power amplifiers technology packs huge performance with high efficiency into a lightweight solution. The amplifiers deliver ultra-fast attack, realistic, transient, response and impressive audio performance. It features a solid mechanical aluminum structure which not only stabilize the amplifier during transportation but also assist in the heat dissipation. Each input board presents both XLR/jack balanced inputs, XLR output link, volume and a switchable EQ mode. Two 6.5" woofers with 2.0" edge-wound copper voice coil for pristine bass reproduction. The water resistant fiber cone with Polycotton M-roll surround augment strength and durability. It offers extremely low weight and high-end performances thanks to the high power neodymium magnetic structure. The ND 340 high power compression driver delivers one of the key advantages of the HDL6-A. The pure titanium diaphragm and the 1.7" voice coil with a crossover point of 900 Hz allows the driver to produce a perfect coherence for the vocal range. This allows superior efficiency, better coverage, and dispersion control and includes a simple switch for short or long throw applications. The custom designed waveguide provides a precise coverage of 100-degree x 10-degree delivering a superb, linear high frequency response. The integrated DSP manages crossover, equalization, soft limiter, compressor, and dynamic bass boost. The FiRPHASE algorithm, an exclusive of RCF, optimizes dynamics, amplitude, and phase patterns even on mid-low frequencies, ensuring minimum latency in the system. It delivers transparent sound, absolute clarity and perfect stereo image. The cabinets are molded on a special polypropylene composite material designed to dampen down vibrations even at maximum volume settings. From molding to the final texture, HDL 6-A offers the maximum reliability and strength for the intensive use on the road. The integrated mechanics are both fast and reconfigurable, allowing the system engineer to create genuine J-shaped or spiral arrays. It features two composite polypropylene rear handles designed for portability. The heavy-duty front grille is power coated. A special transparent-to-sound foam backing inside helps the further protection of the transducers from dust. Housing a 12" woofer, the HDL 12-AS is a very compact active sub enclosure and features a 1,400W powerful class-D amplifier. It's the ideal complement to create flown HDL 6-A clusters with outstanding performance. Thanks to its compact size and low weight it can be easily carried.
