Artistic Licence at ISE 2023

Artistic Licence's Commissioner multi

Artistic Licence has entered a new chapter in its 30+ year history, following its recent acquisition by global lighting group, Robe Lighting s.r.o. The company is looking forward to sharing news about exciting events and developments in 2023 and beyond.

Kicking off the year, Artistic Licence starts with its first jointly hosted tradeshow stand at Integrated Systems Europe in Barcelona.

ISE provides a forum for AV and systems integration. The Artistic Licence range of lighting infrastructure products is a natural fit for the show, while also providing a bridge to the entertainment and architectural world of Robe and Anolis. Together, the brands provide an unusually broad and complementary portfolio of lighting solutions, the company says.

Commissioner multi is a hand-held DMX512, RDM, and DALI test and commissioning tool. It is unique in supporting all three protocols, making it a highly versatile piece of equipment ideal for site use in many scenarios, the company says.

The company's DMX512/RDM controlled dimmers, sunDial quad and candlePower octo, have vastly improved the quality of dimming achievable with many types of LED. Choose sunDial for mains powered dimming of LED replacement bulbs, or candlePower for selectable constant current / constant voltage DC fixtures.

Artistic Licence has a broad selection of interface products that are key to its ability to offer integrated solutions. Visitors to ISE can enjoy a rare opportunity to consult the product designer and company founder, Wayne Howell, on the operation and optimal deployment of these products -- in particular, for complex installations and applications that may call on multiple protocols.

Both products will be on display in Artistic Licence's demonstration area, which also includes a selection of its wall panel controllers.

Artistic Licence is exhibiting alongside Anolis and Robe. Stand 5B110.
