Alcons Audio USA Appoints Nick Short as Technical Sales Support SpecialistAlcons Audio USA has appointed Nick Short as technical sales support specialist, seeking to further strengthen the company's technical and customer support capabilities across the US. Based in Georgia, Short brings more than 26 years of experience in professional audio engineering, AVL system design, technical sales and client development. He has particular expertise in the house of worship market, where he has designed integrated audio, video and lighting systems focused on clear communication, engaging worship experiences and long-term operational reliability. In his new role, Short will provide technical sales support, system design assistance and application guidance to Alcons Audio dealers, consultants and end users. Working across a range of market segments, he will support projects in houses of worship, live sound, performance venues, studios and integrated AVL environments. Short's technical background includes advanced system design, signal-flow optimization and networked AV technologies. He holds Dante Levels 1-3 certification and also brings extensive experience in business development and account management. During previous roles with Guitar Center and Goldsmith Sales & Marketing, he managed a network of over 300 accounts throughout the Pacific Northwest. "Nick's combination of technical expertise, customer support experience and in-depth understanding of the house of worship and AVL integration markets makes him an excellent addition to the Alcons Audio USA team," says David Rahn of Alcons Audio USA. "As Alcons continues to expand throughout North America, Nick will play an important role in supporting our dealers, consultants and customers from initial system design through successful project delivery."
