Brompton Debuts its New Tessera S8 LED Processor for Mid-Range Projects at ISE 2020

At ISE 2020, LED processor manufacturer Brompton Technology will be launching its new Tessera S8 LED processor. The Tessera S8 is a cost-effective solution for high profile projects that do not require the large output capacity of the award-winning Tessera SX40 processor but still want to benefit from the flexibility of Brompton's industry renowned Tessera feature set and easy-to-use software to produce stunning results.

Like the Tessera SX40, the Tessera S8 provides support for all of Brompton's key features including High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Dynamic Calibration, which offer a truly revolutionary approach to delivering better image quality for LED screens. In addition, the Tessera S8 LED processor delivers Ultra Low Latency and High Frame Rate, as well as offering full 4K60 input support, with eight 1G outputs, each capable of 525K pixels at 60Hz, eight bits per color. All the Tessera processing features are also available, such as On-Screen Color Adjustment (OSCA) for color mismatch corrections, Dark Magic for dark-area detailing, and ChromaTune for video color replacement.

"With the Tessera S8 LED processor, we have brought the key features of our benchmark SX40 to a new solution with a lower output capacity, which makes it perfect for mid-range projects," comments Brompton CEO Richard Mead. "The S8 is an ideal choice for rental companies looking to maximize their offering for more cost-conscious events."

Learn more about the new Tessera S8 LED processor, as well as the HDR and Dynamic Calibration, on Brompton's Stand 12-C117 at ISE 2020 from February 11 -- 14, 2020.
