NSCA Calls on Integrators to Share Input in 2026 Compensation & Benefits SurveyNSCA has announced that the 2026 Compensation & Benefits Survey is now open for systems integrators across North America. Survey data will be used to inform the ninth iteration of the highly anticipated biannual Compensation & Benefits Report, slated for an update in Fall 2026. As the industry's most detailed benchmarking resource for pay and benefits information, NSCA's Compensation & Benefits Report is widely used by owners and executives to uncover wage trends, benchmark salary and bonus structures, compare benefits offerings, and guide decisions about hiring, retention, and workforce planning. The confidential survey that informs the report gathers data on company background, staffing levels, job roles, salary ranges, incentive and bonus structures, employee benefits, travel reimbursement practices, and recent pay adjustments. Take the Survey Now Responses are processed by an independent third-party research firm to make sure all information remains anonymous. "Every integrator that participates helps us create a more accurate picture of pay and competitive benefits in our industry right now," says Tom LeBlanc, NSCA executive director. "Leaders rely on this report to make compensation decisions and build packages that attract and retain top talent." Commercial integrators of all sizes are encouraged to participate in the survey. Integrators that complete the survey will help shape the benchmarks the industry depends on and receive early insights when the report is released. Once data is collected and the report is finalized, owners and executives working for NSCA member companies can access the report at no cost; the report can also be purchased by qualifying non-members.
