InfoComm 2025 Will Explore How Artificial Intelligence Is Shaping the Pro AV Industry

At InfoComm 2025, attendees will witness how artificial intelligence is transforming the pro AV landscape. From AI-driven audio mixing to intelligent camera control, the solutions on the trade show floor will showcase how AI is enhancing user experiences and increasing efficiency. InfoComm will also host more than 20 sessions where experts will explore the impact of AI on pro AV solutions for retail, event production, education, and more.

InfoComm 2025, produced by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA), takes place June 7-13 (exhibits June 11-13) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

"At InfoComm, you'll be able to experience AI-powered solutions in person and learn from experts about real-world applications that are making a difference for end users," says Jenn Heinold, senior vice president, expositions, Americas, AVIXA. "It's important for InfoComm to not only inspire AV professionals but also provide practical knowledge. InfoComm delivers that balance, and attendees will leave the show with a better understanding of how to introduce AI into their world."

The session "AI Transformation: Where Do We Start?" on Wednesday, June 11 invites attendees to participate in a collaborative conversation about the practical blockers and frustrations, as well as tips for creating an impact with AI. This highly interactive session at AVIXA Xchange LIVE (Booth #4761) is for those who feel stuck between big expectations and little support. Attendees can share their own stories and walk away a few steps closer to having AI make a tangible impact in their own work.

In the panel discussion "AI in the Production Process" on Tuesday, June 10, event professionals, AV designers, and integrators will explore the use of AI in live event production. The panel will dive into the structure of the systems that make live events run smoothly, opportunities where AI may help or hinder the process, and how to gain the best advantage from currently available products.

Sessions will also explore AI's role in retail and how to meet shoppers wherever they are, as well as how to speak to the Gen Z audience. During the session "AI & Gen Z: Revolutionizing Digital Signage and Customer Engagement" on Tuesday, June 10, participants will delve into case studies that showcase how AI-powered dynamic displays in retail can fulfill Gen Z's appetite for fast, relevant, and engaging content. The session "Making Retail More Immersive With AR, VR, and XR" on Thursday, June 12 will explore how tech-forward brands create engaging, seamless, and personalized customer journeys by blending digital and physical shopping.

Tailored for learning technology manager attendees, the session "Next-Gen Learning: The AI Frontier in AV/IT Solutions" on Thursday, June 12 will address the challenges of integrating generative AI into educational settings. The panel will discuss real-world examples of overcoming obstacles associated with adopting generative AI in AV/IT environments as attendees learn how these innovations are poised to redefine the educational landscape.

At the Technology Innovation Stage (Booth #2461), InfoComm attendees will experience how robots can act as personal assistants during the session "Humanoids and the Future of Work" on Thursday, June 12. Marco Santana of Orlando Tech News will be joined by two cutting-edge robots for this interactive session.

As AI-generated content rapidly becomes a part of the AV space, many companies have yet to develop a strategy to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. In the session "Emerging Compliance and Security Concerns for AI" on Tuesday, June 10, panelists will examine how AI is creating content of its own and share best practices for how companies can capture, classify, and store this content to ensure that it is available only where necessary.
