Elation Enters into Agreement with Production Exchange

Elation Professional has entered into an agreement with Production Exchange to establish a sub-portal on the company's interactive website that will allow customers to locate and rent Elation lighting and video products online.

Being able to obtain and Elation rental products more quickly and easily will provide a big advantage to lighting professionals, said Eric Loader, director of sales for Elation Professional. "We decided to establish our Production Exchange portal because we were getting so many calls from customers asking, 'Do you know who has this or that product for rent?'" said Loader. "Now designers and installers will be able to go online and find the rental products they need immediately and in real-time. They'll be assured of getting the exact Elation lighting and video products required for a job, in the quantities needed, right when they need them.

"Not only will this make life easier for our customers," added Loader, "it will also give them an edge in winning business, because they'll always be able to provide the best and most cost-efficient products for each job."

Establishing the Production Exchange portal is in keeping with Elation's longstanding commitment to customer service and support, said Loader. "Elation has always been a big believer in supporting the customers who use our products, and this is just another way we are giving lighting professionals the tools they need to efficiently and profitably run their businesses," he stated.
