PLASA Focus Glasgow Features the Latest Products from DiGiCo, Adamson, Robe, and More

As PLASA Focus Glasgow opens mid-next week, event organizer PLASA Events wanted to show prospective attendees some more of the latest innovative products available at the show.

PLASA Focus Glasgow is the only show North of the border that brings together the latest technology for live entertainment technology, all under one roof. With other 80+ leading brands at the show, here are just some of the highlights.

DiGiCo -- Meet the S31, the latest console in the DiGiCo S Series with increased functionality and accessibility, all at an affordable price point. This time around, there are 31 faders, and three 10" multi-touch screens ... And, it will still fit in back the of the car! On show in Apex Acoustics, in stand A1.

Adamson Systems Engineering -- The Warehouse Sound Services will be showing the Adamson range of products at these years show. S10 is Adamson's new sub-compact line array system. The system is small, lightweight, and easy to rig whilst maintaining Adamson's sonic signature and high output. See Adamson products in The Warehouse Sound Services stand D2.

Robe -- A super-bright, next generation of LED WashBeam luminaries, the Spiider uses 18x 30W and 1x 60W LEDs, combined with a very efficient 12,5:1 zoom optical system ranging from tight 4-degree beam to wide 50-degree wash, makes the product the most powerful LED fixture on the market. The innovative ProLights lighting range has been adopted by some of the world's leading designers and provides performance at a price that means they can deliver their creative concepts on budget. Recent applications include the ArenaCOB range on Coldplay's latest tour, and the Stark1000 on Shane Filan's solo tour. See ProLights in stand B1.

The High End Systems Sola Spot 2000 framing and the Sola Spot 1000 will be on show. Both units come with a bright white LED engine, the Sola Spot 2000 frame is at 600W and the Sola Spot 1000 at 400W. Adaptable Tank Trap -- Introducing the Adaptable Tank Trap from Doughty. Rig close to a wall, in the corner of a room or near an obstruction. Thanks to a removable receiver the Tank Trap has an extremely low profile (45mm tall) meaning the plates can be easily stacked for storage which will reduce shipping costs.
