NSCA Announces 2026 Business & Leadership Conference Lineup NSCA announces the speaker lineup for its 2026 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC). Set for February 24-26 at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, the 2026 BLC invites integration firm leaders to explore new strategies and mindsets so they can shape what's next for their businesses, their people, and the industry. Each year, BLC brings together hundreds of integration professionals -- from owners and executives to project managers and business developers -- to discuss critical business issues, share best practices, and cultivate leadership skills that drive long-term success. The lineup includes Dr. Chris Kuehl, offering a tailored economic outlook; Frankie Russo, discussing leadership in a changing world; Josh Sundquist, talking about the "One More Thing, One More Time" philosophy; Amanda Gore, exploring how leaders can bridge the growing communication gap with their teams; and Colonel DeDe Halfhill, who will draw on her 25-year Air Force career to explore how unseen forces like mistrust and resistance can affect execution without trust and adaptability in place. NSCA members can register now to attend BLC for $1,080. On January 1, the price increases to $1,299. Up-and-coming industry leaders who have never attended BLC are eligible to apply for a Randy Vaughan Founder's Award to receive free registration. To qualify, applicants must be in a management or decision-making role at a commercial integration firm. Applications are due by November 7 and can be completed at www.nsca.org/blc. "BLC remains the place where our industry's best leaders connect, challenge ideas, and build practical solutions, no matter what's impacting commercial integration," says NSCA executive director Tom LeBlanc. "This year's speakers are ready to help integrators shape tomorrow with resilient teams, informed strategies, and the confidence to tackle complex challenges." Attendees are also encouraged to sign up for the annual Industry Charity Golf Outing at the TPC Las Colinas on February 24. This event kicks off the BLC every year and helps the NSCA Education Foundation raise funds for programs like Ignite and PASS K-12. BLC 2026 sponsors to date include Host Sponsor Q-SYS and Keynote Sponsor TD SYNNEX, along with Belden/West Penn Wire, Crestron, D-Tools, Extron, Lencore, Lightware, Sharp, Shure, Solutions360, and Sonance.
