GoVision Beefs Up Sales, Golf Ops Teams

Justin Barrow and Christian Perez, GoVision

GoVision L.P., a full-service provider of large-scale LED video displays and related services, including production, creative content, custom design, fabrication, and installation, announces two important additions to its growing team.

Justin Barrow joins GoVision's rapidly growing golf operations team, where he will oversee the load-in, operation, and strike of the various technology solutions provided by GoVision at tournaments across the country. Barrow earned his BS in sports studies and an MS in sports management from East Carolina University. While in college, he worked for the athletic department, filming sporting events and traveling with the football team. He previously interned at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas and with the Morehead City Marlins of the Coastal Plain League.

"The golf business is one of GoVision's fastest-growing segments, so I couldn't be more excited about being a part of the ops team that helps make these events bigger-than-life for tournament spectators," said Barrow, who hails from New Bern, North Carolina. "There are lots of variables associated with working live, outdoor events, but there's no better team in the business to take on those challenges."

Christian Perez serves as an account executive on the GoVision sales team, where he will call on both current and prospective clients within multiple vertical industry segments. Perez earned his masters of science in sports management from Texas Tech University, where he worked closely with Red Raider Sports. He served previously as a development/event operations intern for Special Olympics Texas and as a Big Brother at the Boys & Girls Club of Lubbock.

"I feel really blessed to join GoVision at such an exciting time in its history," said Perez, a Houston native. "The company is growing like crazy, our clients love us, and I'm looking forward to building off that positive momentum."

GoVision vice president and partner Scott McKinnon noted that both of the new team members are expected to contribute in important ways to the company's future success.

"Both Christian and Justin were brought on-board to support our continued hyper-growth, and both have backgrounds that will serve them well in their respective roles," said McKinnon. "Christian will be a key player as we continue our expansion within many key segments, and Justin will help ensure that our golf tournament clients remain raving fans of GoVision."
