TELEFUNKEN Sponsors Capitol Groove Festival; Braiden Sunshine at TELEFUNKEN Live From The Lab Festival sponsor TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik presented the TELEFUNKEN Soundstage Live, an original side stage experience featured at the Capitol Groove Festival on June 28-29 at Bushnell Park in Hartford, Connecticut. The annual festival celebrates two days of popular local music featuring some of the region's most talented musicians, songwriters, and bands. Braiden Sunshine was one of eight groups performing at the TELEFUNKEN Soundstage Live as part of the festival. Sunshine, a 2015 semi-finalist on NBC's The Voice, began singing at age five in his church choir. He formed the band Madison Red, releasing albums in 2012 and 2013, gaining wider recognition. Braiden later pursued a solo career, opening for artists like Huey Lewis and Leann Rimes. After The Voice, he gained national attention and released new music, including the Top 50 iTunes single "Reality," building a strong fanbase online. Attendees watched exclusive demonstrations of TELEFUNKEN microphones and visited the TELEFUNKEN VW Bus and tent onsite for a chance to win a TELEFUNKEN prize pack, featuring: M80 microphone, TELEFUNKEN branded T-shirt, and exclusive band merchandise.
