RCF Presents 2025 Rep Firm and Rep Awards to Cowser Marketing and Cowser's John FedorkoAt the 2026 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, RCF announces Cowser Marketing from Austin, Texas, as Rep Firm of the Year for the third year in a row of the seven total times it's received the award, and John Fedorko of Cowser as Rep of the Year for the fourth consecutive year out of six total individual awards. "RCF is fortunate to have a phenomenal roster of rep firms and sales representatives, as exemplified by Cowser Marketing, which has taken top rep firm honors once again as we recognize our partners' contributions in 2025," says Tarik Solangi, VP of sales and marketing at RCF USA. "Brandon, Greg and their team work diligently to support their customers and promote RCF, to our mutual benefit. And John's performance earned him a fourth consecutive Rep of the Year award. We congratulate them for their tremendous achievement." Seeing promise in the RCF family of products, Cowser Marketing began demoing RCF products -- in collaboration with production company and integration partners -- at the same time that RCF was building a strong team in the U.S., recalls Cowser principal and partner Greg Labruzzi. "We knew that it was a line that was going to pay off if we worked it. We were on the road with it." After a few years of work by all, "everything started to click" by 2014. Cowser's relationships with its partners, the strength of RCF's products and the end-user support from Cowser and RCF resulted in a host of event and installation projects ranging from mega-churches to the exterior stages at the Super Bowl. "RCF does right by the customer -- they do business the right way," says fellow Cowser Marketing principal and partner Brandon Bishop. He attributes their joint accomplishments to "the hard work of the team. And it is a total team effort. It takes every one of us." The scope of RCF's product line is another factor in its growing adoption, says Bishop. "We're able to serve high-end touring market, mid-level or regional touring market, plus have a full lineup of integration products and another full lineup of retail friendly products -- it's quite expansive." "The business and engineering leaders at RCF have also played a major role in the joint success," says Fedorko. "They're all good strategic friends of ours now. And it is a family." Bishop adds that "RCF excels at listening and reacting to customer feedback through their trusted rep firms," while Labruzzi, also credits RCF's remarkable 75+ year legacy as a pioneering loudspeaker innovator and manufacturer. Fedorko was keen to acknowledge Jim Cowser, who built a firm foundation that is paying dividends for his successors. He also offers accolades to Solangi "and the entire inside RCF team." Without their support, concludes Bishop, "we couldn't do what we do."
