White Light takes on a new role as the production service partner at Central Hall Westminster, the largest conference venue in Central London. Situated opposite Westminster Abbey and adjacent to the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, the venue features Europe's largest domed roof along with several other unique and flexible event spaces. White Light's role will involve delivering the technical production for any event held in this historic location, whether these are concerts, corporate, or private parties. Over the next year, White Light will be investing in new audio-visual and lighting equipment which will be permanently installed in a number of rooms; ensuring that every event can utilize the very latest technology. Along with these installations, White Light is also adding three on-site staff members so that every technical aspect will be covered. As a result, the company says the production solution specialist is not only helping to deliver events for clients but will do so to an extremely high standard.

Among those joining White Light is Dan Cecchini who will take on the position of production director. He comments: "White Light is a really exciting company to be working for. Just looking at what they have already achieved this year, from opening their dedicated audio department to acquiring Shock Solutions, the company is forever growing -- with this appointment at Central Hall Westminster being another sign of this." Prior to joining White Light, Cecchini has well-established experience of working on high-profile events, after being head of sound at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Center for the past 13 years. This experience is something which he will apply to his new position. He adds: "My role will focus mainly on client engagement. After seeing the spaces available at Central Hall Westminster, and hearing both their and White Light's plans for the future of the venue, I want to get as many potential clients engaged as possible so that their future events can benefit from this extremely impressive arrangement."

Joining Cecchini as part of the team based at Central Hall Westminster will be Nick Jemicz as technical production supervisor and Ieuan Watkins as production technician. Both will be on hand to ensure that any client using the spaces will have the best support available and that every technical aspect of their occasion will be overseen. The facilities available at Central Hall Westminster include The Great Hall, The Lecture Hall, and The Library. The Great Hall, featuring the world famous domed roof, seats up to 2,160 people and is an ideal setting for AGMs, conferences, and graduation ceremonies. Situated adjacent to one another, both The Lecture Hall and The Library are easily adaptable spaces and can each hold up to 450 delegates.

The recent Meet the Future event held at Central Hall Westminster offered White Light the opportunity to showcase both their vast array of technical skills and extensive stock range. This included video mapping The Great Hall's dome ceiling, lighting the main stage, and operating three separate sound systems simultaneously. Richard Wilson, director at White Light, states: "We want to offer a fresh, contemporary perspective on how events will be run at Central Hall Westminster. We are in a unique position where we can offer clients not only the very latest in technology but a team of experts who will be on hand to ensure that this is used to its full potential. This type of service is simply not available in other venues."

Having been the a supplier of lighting and technical production solutions for over 40 years, including last year's NATO Summit in Wales, White Light wants to ensure that any event held at Central Hall Westminster achieves its full potential. Cecchini remarks: "This is a fantastic time for me to be joining the company. With Central Hall Westminster, you have the history of the location and the amazing spaces which the building provides. With White Light, you have their expert teams, who have vast experience of working on various projects across the globe, along with an extensive range of audio, lighting, and visual equipment. Together, we will be able to produce unforgettable events at an unforgettable venue."
