LumenRadio's CRMX Receives Chinese SRRC Certification

LumenRadio reports it is the first foreign manufacturer to receive Chinese SRRC certification for its CRMX products. The certification is similar to FCC in the USA for sales and operation of wireless systems in China.

The Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Certificate is issued by the State Radio Regulatory Commission of PR China after extensive testing at a dedicated government laboratory to verify that the equipment complies with all applicable standards and regulations. The process, overseen by the China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is expensive, rigorous, and typically takes more than a year for this type of equipment.

"The CRMX products, with their superior functionality and reliability, have been met with great interest and expectations in the Chinese market. Many of our customers are happy to see the finalization of the certification process as proof of the safety level of the CRMX products. With the SRRC certification in place we will immediately embark on a nation-wide sales and marketing campaign with expectations to rapidly establish CRMX as the leading wireless DMX and RDM technology and de-facto standard," states Steven Cai at Leafun, exclusive distributor of CRMX in China.

"LumenRadio has always been careful to receive the proper regulatory certification in every respective territories we market our products. We know that our Chinese customers will appreciate that the CRMX products are government certified and tested to be reliable and safe to use in China," explains Anders Ardstål, VPO of LumenRadio.

Leafun, exclusive distributor of CRMX in China, now offers the full range of LumenRadio's award winning products.
