Westview Moves to New Office Space to Support Continued Growth

Westview announces a new 5,000 sq. ft. themed multipurpose facility in Orlando, Florida.

Westview, US-based entertainment, energy, and immersive technology solutions firm, announces the company is expanding its presence in Orlando, Florida, with a new 5,000 sq. ft. themed multipurpose facility at 7131 Grand National Drive.

The new office space is designed to emulate the backstage of a local theatre. Guests enter through the "stage door" and are greeted by a branded reception area and "green room" with a unique red-carpet welcome. Each part of the facility includes thoughtfully themed environments, including a wardrobe department, paint shop, stage management office, dressing rooms, electrics shop, and a paint shop.

"Following months of anticipation, we are overjoyed with the new space," says Eric Bloom, president and CEO of Westview. "Providing a space for team collaboration and growth is hugely important to us, and we're excited to have a new home for our planned growth."

In line with Westview's company culture, the office has unique "collaboration stations" to foster team partnerships and flex workspaces, easily configurable by visiting team members to fit their specific task needs. In addition, a custom design secure alert system that has been installed to help ensure project confidentiality throughout the facility.

The office is a highly energy-efficient facility that includes digitally controlled lighting management and access control systems, with no electricity used to heat water. It is outfitted with 92% recycled and repurposed materials, keeping with Westview's' longstanding Green Initiative. It has a central location less than 20 minutes from the theme parks, downtown, and the Orlando International Airport.

"One of the benefits of working in a spectacularly themed environment is the immersive feeling and excitement it brings as we get to work in a space that emulates a world we all hold dear," expresses Tyler Wise, vice-president. "You won't find many pictures of the space online or on social media, as the intent is for people to experience it in person," he adds.

After being named on Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing U.S. Private Companies for the second year in a row, Westview increased its number of employees and faced tight accommodations in its previous space. Westview has doubled its staff in the last six months and expects to add additional positions in the upcoming months.
