The main attraction, the company says, with the Mega TRI38 Sys is the lights themselves. Each of the four par-style fixtures is powered by three 3W tri-color (red, green, blue) LEDs, providing smooth, shadow-free color mixing and impressively bright, vibrant washes. With a long running life of 50,000 hours, the LEDs can rack up a lot of miles without needing replacement lamps. Because they emit very little heat, they keep performers cool and comfortable on stage. A variety of lighting looks can be created with the Mega TRI38 Sys. There are 12 built-in lighting programs to choose from. Other features include fast or slow color change operation, an LED strobe and pulse effect, 0-100% electronic dimming, and a 25-degree beam angle. In addition to the wireless foot controller, the Mega TRI38 Sys can be programmed and operated by a DMX-512 controller via its XLR in/outs. In total there are six operating modes: static color, manual dimmer color, built-in programs, auto run, built-in programs, and DMX-512 (six-, 12-, and 15-channel modes). As another convenience, the Mega TRI38 Sys can be operated with the optional ADJ LD RC wireless remote control (sold separately), giving this system the distinction of allowing the user to go cordless using either your hands or feet. The Mega TRI38 Sys is extremely energy efficient, with the entire system drawing only 45W of power at maximum use. It features multi-voltage operation: AC 100V-240V, 50/60 Hz (IEC input). Housed in sleek, durable black casing, the system measures 34.75" x 10" x 2.5"/ 877 x 252 x 60 mm.
