Robert Juliat Aledin LED Wash Makes a Splash at PLASA

Robert Juliat's launch of the Aledin 330LF LED Wash was hailed by the company as a great success at PLASA 2011.

Designed as a complement to the award-winning Aledin 630 Profile, the industry's first LED profile, which the company launched at PLASA last year, the Aledin Wash, is based around the same 85W LED light source.

Available in a choice of two color temperatures (3,500K and 5,800K) Aledin Wash is suitable for a variety of uses, in appearance and performance blending perfectly into existing rigs across studio, theatre, architectural and event markets, the company says. Its flicker-free, dimmable ballast and variable beam angles compound this as a suitable unit for television studios where, the company says it is already proving a great hit.

Robert Juliat reports being delighted with the reception Aledin Wash received at the show. Lionel Garraud, the company's sales director, says: "The Aledin 330LF LED Wash made a huge impact on its release at PLASA 2011. The customers, which include hire companies, television studios, and venues, which invested in the Aledin 630 LED Profile last year, were very happy to see the Wash come on to the market. It forms the perfect complement to Aledin Profile and a large number of orders for the new-comer were placed directly on the stand. We are very pleased with the response it has received."
