Adamson's Project Energia V2.5 Preset Library Released

Linkin Park on their current Living Things North American tour, in Boston, Massachusetts, with E15 using Preset Library v.2.5.

North American loudspeaker manufacturer, Adamson Systems Engineering, announces the introduction of Project Energia's V2.5 preset library.

In his capacity of director of loudspeaker development, Ben Cabot was tasked with optimizing and streamlining the setup and performance of Adamson's new E15 system. According to Cabot, "We used Boundary Element analysis with hundreds of incremental acoustic measurements on all possible array configurations to develop V2.5." He adds, "We definitely got the job done."

"The release of the library makes Energia an even more powerful solution in concert touring and fixed install. V2.0 maximizes headroom, coverage, and sonic purity throughout venues of various size and shape making the job for a systems engineer that much easier," according to Jesse Adamson.

Energia Beta partners around the world are now fielding the new presets on major summer tours and festivals while reporting the results to Adamson's R&D department.

Adamson CEO, Brock Adamson concludes, "The expansion of our software and electrical engineering team is a big step in introducing new technology into our product. Our team has grown significantly in the past two years and the results are becoming evident. V2.5 is a powerful tool and though we have only been fielding it for a few weeks, the feedback has been remarkable."
