The organizers of TEDxBroadway -- the one-day event about the future of Broadway as a place --have unveiled its updated list of speakers presenting at the event.

TEDxBroadway will be a daylong event bringing together representatives from academics, entertainment, marketing, customer service, and beyond to answer the question: "What's the best that Broadway can be 20 years from now?" It will take place on Monday January 23, 12-5pm, at New World Stages in New York City.

The event will feature presentations by the likes of Jordan Roth, president of Jujamcyn Theaters, Randy Weiner, producer of Sleep No More in New York; and digital customer service specialist Frank Eliason. It will also include a performance by actor, writer, musician Matt Sax and a video presentation starring Neil Patrick Harris.

The updated list of TEDxBroadway presenters includes: Gregory Mosher, the Tony Award winning directo and fomer head of Lincoln Center Theatre; Patricia Martin, CEO of LitLamp Communications; Sean Moriarty; former CEO and president of Ticketmaster; Matt Higins, Jets executive VP of business operations; Juan Enriquez, economist, author, and former TEDTalks speaker; and Steven Gullans, Ph.D, an author, investor, entrepreneur, and scientist.

According to the TEDxBroadway organizers, Damian Bazadona, founder of Situation Interactive, Broadway producer Ken D

avenport, and Jim McCarthy, of Goldstar, since the announcement of the event in November there has been a great deal of interest in the show resulting rapid ticket sales.

TEDxBroadway, which is an independently organized event licensed by TED, aims to engage all the stakeholders in the vitality of the neighborhood -- both on stage and in the audience -- to develop a vision for the Broadway of tomorrow.

More speakers will be announced over the coming weeks.
